Range - found on the northern part of the Philippine island of Palawan, especially in the municipality of Taytay.

Natural History - inhabits creeks and small rivers with full canopy; nocturnal species feeding and mating at night. During the day adults leave the water to hide in burrows in the riverbanks. Highly susceptible to shell rot and skin issues.
